Privacy Notice
How MinaBot handles your data on the web and on your desktop workstation.
1. Website Privacy (minabot.dev)
The MinaBot marketing and informational website does not collect personal identifiers, does not use tracking cookies, and does not load third-party analytics pixels. Server access logs are retained temporarily for diagnostic and security purposes only.
2. Desktop Application Architecture
MinaBot desktop is engineered with a strict local-first architecture. The core daemon binds exclusively to loopback 127.0.0.1. Workspace project files, task queues, and chat histories remain strictly on your local disk. Tokens are stored in user-owned files with 0600 permissions and never enter the system keychain.
3. AI Provider Interactions
When executing prompts or tools, MinaBot interfaces directly with your locally installed provider CLI processes (Claude Code or Codex). Context is transmitted only to the provider you choose, under that provider's terms and privacy policies. MinaBot operates no cloud intermediary or prompt relays.
4. Telemetry Policy
MinaBot transmits no analytics or diagnostic telemetry by default. Any optional diagnostic telemetry must be explicitly and transparently enabled by the owner in settings (FEATURE-MAP §1 Item 12).
