1. Proprietary Rights
MinaBot and its documentation are proprietary software, Copyright (c) 2026 BrickAI. All rights reserved. Commercial licensing terms and customer agreements are pending formal legal counsel review.
2. Evaluation License
Current developer preview builds are provided solely for technical evaluation on your workstation. No warranty, express or implied, is provided. You assume all responsibility for tasks, scripts, and commands executed on your machine.
3. Third-Party Provider Compliance
You acknowledge that you are using your own installed AI provider CLI tools and accounts, and that you are independently bound by the terms of service, acceptable use policies, and API limits of each respective provider.
